Ways To Attract Females - Unclear Responses And Flirting

I recently got asked the question: "Why do girls flirt with you and when you flirt back they push it away? It's so misleading!!!" I thought it was wonderful and valuable enough to share.
First of all, women have different characters. What is being pointed out here is a kind of personality, not all women in general. The personality type that generally does this kind of actions is a little insecure. They are testing the water, but they don't actually want to leap in.
The best way to deal with this personality type is when you see it is not to respond, not to take the bait so to talk. Let the girl flirt all she wants, let her take the lead. Let her handle how the romance goes. If you don't react, she will get close to you and steepen the gradient progressively. If you react (flirt back) she will often skip out.
Difficulty is, however, people with equal or compatible personalities are likely to hang out together. So quite often you can get the feeling that the whole world is one way, when in fact it may be only a certain percentage of people who are like that. So if you always think ALL women are one way, alter your environment. Go to a different place, meet different people in different situations and perhaps you will notice different personality types and probably one that is more appropriate for you.
Now having said that, let's view it from a different angle. Women in general enjoy flirting for flirting's sake more than gents do. Men will flirt because they are interested in a woman. Women will flirt to see if they get a reaction, to find if they are looking good and are attractive, even when they are not serious about a man. They will flirt with a man they are only interested in being friends with.
One approach to get better grip of these situations is to observe all the communication channels that a woman is applying to communicate - Like oral, emotional, physical, mental, and sexual communications.
When a girl likes you she will certainly communicate that she likes you across all of the communications means. When she is just playing around she will give you conflicting communications. So when you find a woman flirting with you, but she does not back up the flirting by showing you she likes you over ALL the communication channels - don't take the flirtation seriously.
